55ph is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
55ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
Deposits are credited to your 55ph account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically near-instant, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. 55ph reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
